Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between retail and preferred pricing?
Retail is the standard rate for all clients. Preferred rates apply only with an active service contract. Contact us to discuss a contract.
How does mileage work for onsite visits?
We charge the Texas state mileage rate of $0.725 per mile, round-trip, for onsite work more than 30 miles from our East Texas shop. Onsite visits within 30 miles have no mileage charge.
Can services be bundled?
Yes. Bundled services are quoted after we understand the full scope of your project.
What happens before work begins?
We put a written agreement in place (email is fine) covering the scope of work and the price before any work begins.
Do you work with clients outside Texas?
Yes. Remote support is available nationwide. Onsite work covers East Texas. Travel to Dallas, Shreveport, and similar cities is quoted per job.
